    • Make fair and unbiased decisions based on academic merit and relevance to the journal’s scope.

    • Maintain confidentiality of manuscripts and related communications.

    • Avoid conflicts of interest in handling submissions.

    • Take responsibility for publication decisions and investigate suspected misconduct.

  • Duties of Reviewers

    • Treat manuscripts as confidential documents.

    • Provide objective, constructive, and timely reviews.

    • Identify relevant prior work not cited by authors.

    • Declare conflicts of interest and decline review if impartiality cannot be maintained.

  • Publisher’s Responsibilities

    • Collaborate transparently with the editorial team, COPE, and relevant organizations in investigating and resolving ethical issues.
