Abstract

The rise of digital technology has significantly reshaped the business landscape of tech-based MSMEs, particularly in emerging markets that face high uncertainty and limited adaptive capacity. This study aims to examine the influence of digital readiness on entrepreneurial agility in tech-based MSMEs across emerging economies. A quantitative method was employed using a structured survey approach. Data were collected through a validated questionnaire distributed to 205 MSME actors in Southeast Asia. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. Results indicate that digital readiness has a significant and positive effect on entrepreneurial agility. Key dimensions digital infrastructure, digital literacy, system integration, and organizational preparedness contributed to enhancing business adaptability. The findings highlight digital transformation as a strategic imperative for improving the competitiveness of tech-based MSMEs. Future research is recommended to explore the moderating role of external factors such as government policy and global market dynamics
