Originality Requirement

All manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other journal or publisher.

Submissions must contribute novel insights to multidisciplinary Islamic studies.

Definition of Plagiarism

Plagiarism includes, but is not limited to:

Copying text, tables, figures, or data from other works without proper citation.

Paraphrasing another author’s ideas or findings without acknowledgment.

Self-plagiarism, i.e., reusing substantial parts of one’s own previously published work without citation or justification.

Plagiarism Screening

All manuscripts are checked using Turnitin or equivalent software.
-
Overall similarity index must not exceed 20%, and no single source may exceed 2%.

Manuscripts exceeding these limits may be returned for revision or rejected at the editor’s discretion.

Editorial Actions and Sanctions

Minor violation → Authors are requested to revise and properly cite sources.

Moderate/major violation → Manuscript may be rejected or retracted, and the author’s affiliated institution will be notified.

Author Responsibility

Authors are fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, and integrity of their work.

All ideas, quotations, and data from other sources must be properly cited.
