Abstract

This study examines the integration of the Bugis Sidrap proverb of Nene Mallomo, “Resopa Temmangingi Namalomo Naletei Pammase Dewata” which emphasizes hard work and divine blessing into entrepreneurship education to enhance students’ motivation and creativity. Using a systematic literature review of Bugis cultural texts and entrepreneurship learning theories, the study finds that incorporating local wisdom can strengthen intrinsic motivation and encourage creative thinking through culturally relevant learning. The results highlight the value of contextualizing entrepreneurship education with local heritage and recommend further empirical research to test its practical implementation.
