This study is motivated by the importance of Madrasah-Based Management (MBM) in improving the quality of educational services through participatory and contextual management. The study aims to examine in depth the implementation of MBM at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Falah, Jember Regency. This research employed a field research design with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, while data analysis was conducted using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results indicate that the implementation of MBM significantly contributes to improving educational quality through contextual local curriculum planning, enhanced teacher professionalism, and active community involvement. This success is supported by effective madrasah leadership and close collaboration with the madrasah committee. However, limitations in facilities and infrastructure, as well as insufficient support from local government, remain challenges, highlighting the need for strengthened policies and facilities to ensure the sustainability of MBM.
