Developing children’s character and leadership skills from an early age is essential for preparing high-quality human resources. Early childhood is a critical developmental stage that requires a supportive educational environment. This study aims to describe the implementation and benefits of the Early Childhood Character and Leadership Development Program conducted at Yayasan Sayap Ibu Jakarta Branch. A qualitative descriptive method was used through direct observation and documentation of program activities. The program applies experiential learning approaches, including educational games, storytelling, discussions, and group activities, to instill positive values. The results show improvements in children’s character values such as discipline, responsibility, empathy, and cooperation, as well as basic leadership skills including self-confidence and social interaction. Caregivers play an important role as role models in reinforcing these values. Future research is recommended to apply quantitative or longitudinal methods to examine the long-term impact of similar programs in broader early childhood settings.
