Proses Untuk Mengelola Keuangan Dan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Di Panti Asuhan Dengan Pendekatan Kolaboratif

Abstract

Many orphanages face challenges in managing limited finances and human resources effectively, necessitating a collaborative approach to enhance efficiency. This community service activity aims to develop a simple, transparent financial management system and participatory HR practices through training, piggy bank saving practices, and educational games for orphanage children. The method employed total sampling of all orphanage children, interactive education, observation of participation, and qualitative data analysis. Results indicate improved basic financial understanding, enhanced collaboration among participants, and high enthusiasm, supporting organizational transparency and sustainability. Future recommendations include advanced training for managers and external donor collaborations.
