Social welfare is a key indicator of community development, yet many regions still face limited progress due to weak empowerment strategies. This study aims to examine the effect of community service program implementation on social welfare improvement. Using a quantitative explanatory survey design, data were collected from 120 respondents through structured questionnaires and brief interviews. The instruments were tested for validity and reliability before use. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and simple linear regression. Findings indicate that program implementation significantly influences social welfare, with an R² value of 0.627, meaning 62.7% of social welfare variation is explained by program execution quality. The study concludes that effective and participatory implementation enhances social welfare substantially. Future research is recommended to employ longitudinal designs and comparative approaches across diverse community contexts to broaden generalizability.
