This community service activity was carried out at an orphanage with the aim of improving children's discipline and responsibility in their daily lives. Based on initial observations, unruly behavior was still observed, such as unpunctuality, lack of adherence to rules, and low awareness in carrying out personal responsibilities. This situation prompted the implementation of targeted character building activities. The activities were implemented through simple presentations, familiarization with routine activities, educational games containing character values, and direct supervision during the activities. Data collection was conducted through observation of children's behavior, brief interviews with the orphanage administrators, and documentation as supporting data. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively to illustrate changes in children's attitudes before and after the activities. The results of the activities showed an increase in discipline, responsibility, independence, and concern for cleanliness and the orphanage's rules. This activity was deemed effective and feasible for ongoing implementation.
